Was hoping for better results

This app is so-so. Yeah, I can click offf that I swam on a particular day. Yeah, I can click off that my swim was a tempo workout that I did in a pool. Yeah, I can type in the duration and the distance. Yeah, I can rate the work out with a star system. These are all nice features.

The most important feature to me is the area titled Notes. That is where I would record the details of my swim work out. For instance: 500 yd warm up, 10 x 100 @ 1:30 etc, etc. The problem with this area is if you are recording the details of your workout and have an interuption and the itouch/phone powers off then upon turning the device back on, all of the data has been deleted. This has happened to me several times and I find that re-entering all of my data is time consuming and annoying.

I'm going back to a paper journal soon. That way if I have an interuption I can pick up my pencil and continue to record my data.
